Brothers Meditate

Here's the description:

Brothers Meditate" is the solo-project of Bblitch Anderson of the Fake Masters.
This work is from 1996, a four-track-tape-project based on a box of found tape reels recorded in GDR(east germany)from west german radiostations.
all that reels contain documentations about the third reich.
Bblitch worked up his past. His past? Which past? THE past!

This is me talking now:

I enjoy this. The first bit, Oh my god, is a mishmash of tape samples over some electric guitar plinking and what sounds like a chord organ or maybe some other kind of organ. The tapes are backwards in places.  Standard fair. This is noise or not. The instruments in the background do just enough to hold everything together.

the first track blends into the second as it appears that this tape was recorded live. I'm picturing some fellows in a dank basement surrounded by broken instruments, drums that are falling apart, reel-to-reel recorders stacked on top of one another on rickety metal shelves.

This little ep length thing is an interesting listen. Reminds me of some of the more out there Halaka stuff.
