 Spinning Clouds - Moving Many Things & Shaking Windows With Strong Fingers is the type of weird lo-fi breathy pop music that owes a lot to groups like The Music Tapes, Neutral Milk Hotel, and The Olivia Tremor Control. The songs here are short, more like snippets of records from different tapes. If you're a fan of the above mentioned groups give this release a listen. This is still very experimental, but has vocals and is sort of lo-fi indie noise rock. This recording sounds great and could fit right in on college radio today. Sort of like Folk Implosion or maybe Self, with a little bit of Jeff Magnum and Super Nintendo thrown in. The artist calls this "art pop."
