Found 1/25/09

We've always been interested in what people leave behind. A particular interest of mine is the stuff people leave in books. Some people write their names, some people leave receipts, some people notes. There's no telling what you might find. Here are some items I found today at a used book fair.



Pam Kipp's french homework, found at a used book fair on 1/25/09. This sheet of loose leaf was tucked inside the cover of a French textbook. Lot's of teacher edits, that in typical teacher edit fashion don't say anything.




Name and date inside a used copy of Mr. Sammler's Planter by Saul Bellow. The date appears to be 1971, no idea what the name is. Found 1/25/09 at a used book fair.
