I bought this from a guy on the side of the road for $0.99. It came with a hand drawn cover. There are 4 songs and a commentary track that runs about 15 minutes. This is the third release or "gig" from this artist. The artist categorizes himself as Psychedelic Progressive Punk Rock. I would say this is is the epitome of outsider music.
